Meanwhile, Robinhood is seeking approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a new risk fund that will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, giving retail investors the opportunity to invest in early-stage companies, a space traditionally limited to institutional investors.

长期运行法律斗争 美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 与 Gemini Trust Company 之间的纠纷似乎即将结束，此前双方已向联邦法院提交了一份联合状态更新文件。该文件已提交至纽约南区联邦地区法院，SEC 和Gemini 告知法院，他们在 2023 年 1 月首次针对 Gemini 和 Genesis Global Capital 提起的证券案中达成了“原则性解决方案”。

双方均要求无限期暂停该案诉讼，等待委员会审查批准。此外，双方还达成协议，如果在12月15日之前未能最终达成解决方案，将提交另一份状态报告。
